Own a Piece of Marulani
The share-block development consists of 46 shares of which 41 have been developed, which represents one of the lowest density of homes to area in this region of the Waterberg. Each shareholder acquires a share in the entire farm and entitles them to use and occupy their own individual property. Building sizes, layouts and finishes and consequently values vary greatly with each home being unique in nature with many of the properties enjoying spectacular views over the farm and valley.
All properties are totally ‘off the grid’ with water being provided by a communal borehole with electricity (solar) and gas installations being the responsibility of individual shareholders. Several shareholders have invested in game-viewers which they are able to use to traverse the entire farm. There are no internal walls or fences on the farm or around the dwellings.
Mammals
Marulani Private Game Reserve is home to over 30 species of animals, including Giraffe, Zebra, Brown Hyena, Porcupine, Sable, Eland, Gemsbok, and the Cape Fox. Sometimes, the animals may even be spotted at the waterhole.
