Unit 26 – Fractional ownership

25 % share in unit 26 “FERWES Bpk (Ltd)” is for sale.

There are 4 rondawels, 3 sleeping units, the 4^th unit the “Olifant”, a lapa as well as a storeroom.

The 4th unit the “Olifant” consists of an open plan kitchen, and dining area with a gas fridge, freezer, and stove which work on gas. All units have 12v lights and switches, each shareholder uses their own power source (12v battery).

All 3 sleeping units are “en suite” fitted with gas geysers and gas cylinders and gas COC is in place. There are currently 5 shareholders in the unit, 3x 25% (this share included) and 2x 12.5%.

Levy of 25% share R2 750 per month. The levy includes gas, paraffin, weekly cleaning of units, insurance as well as general maintenance. The trust is financially sound with sufficient capital to operate for 3 months with limited income.
